What you will do

• Administer and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud environments for performance, security, and availability
• Design multi-channel customer journeys via Journey Builder and Automation Studio to drive engagement across email, SMS, and push
• Develop personalized content using AMPscript, dynamic content, and audience segmentation
• Manage data architecture including Data Extensions, FTP imports, and API-based feeds
• Implement Marketing Cloud Connect integrations with Salesforce CRM and external platforms
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations such as GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and CASL

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience administering Salesforce Marketing Cloud in enterprise environments
• Expertise in Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio
• Proficiency in AMPscript, SSJS, and SQL for automation and personalization
• Experience with Marketing Cloud Connect and REST/SOAP APIs
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator certification
• Must be based in Ukraine
