What you will do

• Define and execute comprehensive email and SMS strategies for a roster of B2B clients.
• Manage daily operations including marketing calendars, content creation, and campaign deployment.
• Build and optimize automated lifecycle programs with end-to-end tracking and measurement.
• Collaborate with creative and web teams to ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines.
• Analyze performance data to provide monthly strategic recommendations and optimization plans.
• Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize internal business processes.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in B2B email marketing strategy and end-to-end campaign management.
• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Must be based in Brazil.
• Hands-on experience with email platforms such as Klaviyo, Hubspot, Braze, or similar.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email coding.
• Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of A/B testing practices.
