What you will do

• Implement and manage Braze best practices to maximize tool utilization within the Martech team.
• Operate as a Braze specialist to enable high-performance marketing campaigns and sophisticated CRM automation.
• Explore and integrate AI tools to optimize automation workflows for greater scale and personalization.
• Support the User Growth team with workflow setups and optimize existing processes for scalability.
• Provide ongoing technical support, training, and optimization guidance to the global marketing team.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience using Braze.
• Proficiency in HTML for emails and Liquid template language.
• Experience with Braze Canvas Flow and basic knowledge of API calls (Connected Content and Webhooks).
• English proficiency is required.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making and logical reasoning.

Nice to have

• Spanish language proficiency.
• Knowledge of WhatsApp and SMS marketing strategies.
• Practical experience or strong interest in Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude).
