What you will do

• Lead and manage the development team, providing support for technological challenges.
• Review specification and design documents and create drill-down designs.
• Implement R&D processes for both Development and QA.
• Collaborate with testers, product owners, and project managers.
• Manage knowledge distribution and redundancy within the team.
• Report project progress and status to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a developer.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a team leadership role.
• In-depth understanding of client/server applications and web-based systems.
• Proficiency in C#, SQL, .NET, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and Redux.
