What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Data Support Specialists.
• Act as the primary point of contact for data-related incidents and escalations.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries to ensure high data quality and integrity.
• Monitor data pipelines and resolve discrepancies or failures.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Analysts, and Product teams to improve workflows.
• Implement and improve data support processes and SLAs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data support, data operations, or analytics.
• 1+ year of experience in a leadership or team lead role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, including complex queries and window functions.
• Experience with large relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MS SQL Server.
• Understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience in the casino, iGaming, or gaming industry is highly preferred.
