Salary: €920 gross monthly + meal allowance

What you will do

• Assist customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Investigate and resolve user issues by identifying root causes.
• Monitor the charging network and respond quickly to incidents.
• Master internal tools and knowledge bases to provide accurate support.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English (mandatory, written and spoken).
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Lisbon.
• Must be available for 9-hour rotating shifts between 7 AM and 10 PM.
• Strong empathy and focus on user experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.

• Proficiency in Portuguese, Spanish, or Polish.
