What you will do

• Handle high volumes of live chat and support tickets in Danish and English queues.
• Provide accurate and comprehensive information on platform features, products, and processes.
• Manage customer complaints and provide timely resolutions.
• Collaborate on the validation and testing of AI bots, automation workflows, and internal SOPs.
• Collect user feedback to drive product and workflow improvements.

Requirements

• 1+ years of proven customer-facing or customer service experience.
• Fluency in English and Danish.
• Basic understanding of AI concepts and familiarity with AI-powered tools or chatbots.
• Strong IT proficiency for handling moderately technical customer queries.
• Willingness to work weekends and irregular hours, including night shifts.
• Must be located in Portugal.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the cryptocurrency and blockchain field.
• Hands-on experience with bot validation, testing, or quality review of tools and SOPs.
