What you will do

  • Manage and streamline ticketing workflows to ensure efficient business support.
  • Apply expertise in HR processes and regulations to support internal operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve service-related challenges.
  • Analyze business requirements to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain high standards of service in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in business analysis or consulting.
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory.
  • Expertise in HR or IT-related business support functions.
  • Strong capability to operate collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Lisbon, Portugal.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in French language and context.
