What you will do
- Manage and streamline ticketing workflows to ensure efficient business support.
- Apply expertise in HR processes and regulations to support internal operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve service-related challenges.
- Analyze business requirements to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Maintain high standards of service in a fast-paced consulting environment.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in business analysis or consulting.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory.
- Expertise in HR or IT-related business support functions.
- Strong capability to operate collaboratively in a team environment.
- Must be based in or able to work from Lisbon, Portugal.

- Proficiency in French language and context.
