TL;DR

Customer Success Migration Specialist (IoT): Managing outbound migration of existing clients to the Myhirify.global platform with an accent on building rapport, handling objections, and closing commercial contracts. Focus on maintaining a robust sales pipeline in Salesforce, conducting platform demonstrations, and ensuring high conversion rates through persistent follow-up.

Location: Must be based in Lisbon, Portugal (Hybrid role)

What you will do

  • Execute outbound calls to convert existing customers to the Myhirify.global platform.
  • Present commercial proposals and conduct live or recorded platform demonstrations.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signature.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data and activity logs within Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with internal sales and customer success teams to resolve blockers.
  • Meet weekly and monthly targets for calls, demos, and closed migrations.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Portuguese (verbal and written) is required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales, BDR, or customer-facing commercial roles.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in customer-facing environments.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
  • Ability to manage a pipeline and follow up consistently.
  • Comfortable handling objections and maintaining professionalism under pressure.

Nice to have

  • Experience using CRM software like Salesforce.
  • Background in B2B or technology sales.
