What you will do
- Execute outbound calls to convert existing customers to the My platform.
- Present commercial proposals and conduct live or recorded platform demonstrations.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signature.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and activity logs within Salesforce.
- Collaborate with internal sales and customer success teams to resolve blockers.
- Meet weekly and monthly targets for calls, demos, and closed migrations.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Portuguese (verbal and written) is required.
- 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales, BDR, or customer-facing commercial roles.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in customer-facing environments.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Ability to manage a pipeline and follow up consistently.
- Comfortable handling objections and maintaining professionalism under pressure.
