What you will do

• Define and execute the license operations strategy to balance operational excellence with commercial outcomes and product launches.
• Build business and operational models supporting market entries, new product launches, and licensing pathways.
• Drive end-to-end execution of EU MiCAR and other regulatory projects, coordinating across Product, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Finance.
• Identify and deploy generative AI tools to streamline workflows and automate operational processes.
• Oversee and monitor third-party outsourcing arrangements, ensuring performance meets SLAs and KPIs.
• Lead cross-functional working groups to integrate regulatory strategy with operational execution and deliver insights to the board.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in top-tier consulting, strategy, or operations leadership, ideally in financial services, fintech, or crypto.
• Deep understanding of EU regulatory frameworks such as MiCAR, MiFID II, PSD2, AMLD5/6, and DORA.
• Strong ability to quantify the impact of regulatory design on revenue, cost, and scalability.
• Extensive experience in outsourcing oversight, vendor performance, and regulatory submissions.
• Exceptional analytical and executive communication skills with a consulting mindset.
• Must be based in Ireland.
