What you will do

• Process full-cycle payroll across multiple contracts within designated timeframes.
• Manage new starters and leavers, including the calculation of statutory and occupational leave.
• Implement annual rate increases and calculate necessary back pay.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pension legislation and HMRC reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve payroll queries and ensure deadlines are met.
• Audit peer work to ensure accuracy and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements

• Experience in payroll within a multi-site, multi-contractual environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically intermediate Excel skills.
• Solid knowledge of HMRC reporting and current pension legislation.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Aberdeen, UK.

Nice to have

• CIPP Payroll qualification or equivalent.
