What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical interface between internal engineering teams and suppliers for repair parts and modules.
• Manage proactive quality processes including design reviews, PFMEA, and first article inspections.
• Resolve part quality issues and manage deviation notices using structured problem-solving techniques.
• Monitor supplier performance metrics and drive continuous improvement plans.
• Participate in strategic supplier selection and technology roadmap development.
• Ensure timely delivery of technical documentation and compliance with quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes relevant to the field of expertise.
• Experience with quality systems and methods such as Six Sigma.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and make data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with change management principles, BoM structures, and engineering changes.
• Strong communication skills and an entrepreneurial, results-driven mindset.
