What you will do

• Oversee all aspects of quality assurance and control within the manufacturing facility.
• Implement and improve the Integrated Management System (IMS) according to corporate quality strategy and local regulations.
• Lead supplier quality activities including incoming quality, SCAR management, and capability evidence (Cpk).
• Drive PFMEA, SPC, and structured problem solving (8D, CAPA, DMAIC) to secure stable process performance.
• Plan and execute audit programs and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Provide leadership to cross-functional teams to resolve customer quality and product application issues.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of total work experience, with minimum 5 years in a Quality-related scope.
• Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or a similar discipline.
• Knowledge of wireless communications, RF engineering, or PCB related technical experience.
• Strong expertise in ISO 9001, Six Sigma, PFMEA, SPC, and 8D/CAPA.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Relevant experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Experience with "copy exact" processes.
