What you will do

  • Act as the on-site decision-maker to ensure safe and efficient production flow.
  • Optimize production bottlenecks and collaborate with quality teams to minimize downtime.
  • Enforce safety regulations, PPE usage, and conduct proactive inspections.
  • Oversee and support production teams, including operators and maintenance staff.
  • Monitor critical equipment to identify and resolve potential issues before disruption.
  • Manage material handling and resource allocation to ensure continuous production.

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Industrial Engineering, Metallurgy, Materials Engineering, or Manufacturing.
  • Must be able to work on a rotating shift schedule.
  • Demonstrated experience managing large cross-functional teams.
  • Proven experience in heavy industry manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO 9001 standards.
