What you will do

• Provide second-line technical support for B2B merchants by diagnosing and resolving integration and payment-related issues.
• Manage technical integrations with payment providers, merchants, and third-party systems.
• Analyze API requests, logs, and transaction flows using Postman and browser developer tools.
• Translate client business requirements into clear technical tasks for internal engineering and product teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to improve platform functionality.
• Assist merchants with payment setup and routing strategies to optimize operational efficiency.

Requirements

• English: Upper Intermediate (B2) or higher required
• Solid understanding of HTTP, APIs, REST, SOAP, JSON, and web technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Postman and browser developer tools.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for client calls and product demonstrations.
• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and problem-solving ability.

Nice to have

• Experience with payment systems, gateways, acquirers, or PSPs.
• Knowledge of the payments ecosystem, card schemes, and transaction flows.
• Previous experience in technical account management or integration support.
• Programming experience and ability to work with scripts or API requests.
• Familiarity with ELK stack or similar logging and monitoring tools.
• Russian language proficiency (Upper Intermediate or higher)
