What you will do
- Provide second-line technical support for B2B merchants by diagnosing and resolving integration and payment-related issues.
- Manage technical integrations with payment providers, merchants, and third-party systems.
- Analyze API requests, logs, and transaction flows using Postman and browser developer tools.
- Translate client business requirements into clear technical tasks for internal engineering and product teams.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to improve platform functionality.
- Assist merchants with payment setup and routing strategies to optimize operational efficiency.
Requirements
- English: Upper Intermediate (B2) or higher required
- Solid understanding of HTTP, APIs, REST, SOAP, JSON, and web technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Postman and browser developer tools.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for client calls and product demonstrations.
- Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and problem-solving ability.
Nice to have
- Experience with payment systems, gateways, acquirers, or PSPs.
- Knowledge of the payments ecosystem, card schemes, and transaction flows.
- Previous experience in technical account management or integration support.
- Programming experience and ability to work with scripts or API requests.
- Familiarity with ELK stack or similar logging and monitoring tools.
- Russian language proficiency (Upper Intermediate or higher)
