What you will do
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email.
- Manage and resolve customer requests using Jira and Salesforce.
- Analyze and configure payment solutions to meet specific customer requirements.
- Collaborate with R&D and L2 support teams to resolve technical issues.
- Perform system testing and sign-off on new customer implementations.
- Understand and troubleshoot complex technical payment environments.
Requirements
- Advanced English and French proficiency required.
- Previous experience in a support team.
- Proficiency in Linux.
- Detail-oriented and customer-focused mindset.
- Basic knowledge of Python and Shell scripting is a plus.
- Basic understanding of electronic banking or money systems is a plus.
