Location: Hybrid (Gliwice, Poland) — 3 days/week in office, 2 days/week remotely

What you will do

• Provide technical customer support via phone and email.
• Monitor the performance and uptime of the SMSAPI platform.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation.
• Report and track incidents submitted by SMSAPI customers.
• Troubleshoot technical issues for internal team members.

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of Polish is an absolute must-have.
• General IT knowledge and understanding of basic network configuration (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi).
• Basic knowledge of the PHP programming language.
• Familiarity with web application security concepts.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Active Directory (AD).
