Location: Hybrid in Warsaw, Poland; 4 days per week for approximately 6 months.

What you will do

• Lead the final phase of the IT transformation program, managing timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and outstanding activities.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders, business teams, senior leadership, and external technology vendors.
• Oversee system integrations and data migration planning, execution, validation, and issue resolution.
• Develop and execute go-live, cutover, deployment, contingency, and hypercare plans.
• Prepare documentation, governance, support processes, and ownership structures for the transition to RUN operations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience managing software implementation projects, including ERP or HR systems.
• Experience integrating multiple IT systems and leading data migration activities.
• Proven experience coordinating multiple vendors and stakeholders across business and technology functions.
• Practical experience with cutover planning, go-live execution, risk, issue, and dependency management.
• Structured, pragmatic, solution-oriented approach with strong ownership and delivery focus.
• Fluent English, spoken and written, required.
