What you will do

• Own the availability and reliability of automated test benches from commissioning through to daily maintenance.
• Perform hands-on fault diagnosis across hardware, software, electrical, and integration layers.
• Execute commissioning, qualification, and requalification of test benches following upgrades or repairs.
• Act as the primary operational feedback loop between the shopfloor and engineering teams.
• Maintain broader production infrastructure including industrial PCs, scanners, and automated storage systems.
• Contribute to establishing a structured preventive maintenance system across manufacturing equipment.

Requirements

• Experience in maintenance, test systems, or industrial automation within high-precision environments like aerospace, defense, or robotics.
• Proven hands-on experience in commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of automated test benches or complex electromechanical systems.
• Strong diagnostic capabilities across hardware, software, and electrical domains.
• Ability to produce structured technical documentation including maintenance records and fault reports.
• Execution-driven mindset with high ownership and proactive fault detection skills.
