What you will do

• Prepare and execute engine and component-level tests to evaluate hardware performance.
• Develop test plans, objectives, and schedules while leading daily test operations.
• Perform risk assessments and define mitigation actions to ensure personnel and hardware safety.
• Interpret P&IDs and generate test sequences based on test bench and article limits.
• Collaborate with development, AIT, and test bench teams to support operations.
• Process test data rapidly to guide campaign planning and future development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's, master's, or PhD in aerospace or mechanical engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in propulsion testing or related fields.
• Proficiency in propulsion chemistry, thermodynamics, and fluid dynamics.
• Hands-on experience with engine testing or equivalent hardware.
• Familiarity with CAD software such as Siemens NX or CATIA.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Nice to have

• Background in cryogenic propulsion.
• Experience with propulsion testing tools like CEA or CANTERA.
• Proficiency in Python programming.
