Location: Bielsko-Biała, Poland (Work from anywhere culture)
Salary: 120,000 - 160,000 PLN gross per year

What you will do
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and Sales Engineers to identify and implement relevant strategic solutions.
- Design, build, and maintain reusable product demos, technical environments, and assets.
- Communicate the value and advantages of technical solutions within both business and technical contexts.
- Provide high-quality technical support to the Sales and Sales Engineering organizations to advance opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer-facing technical roles.
- Experience supporting geographically distributed Sales Engineering teams.
- Proficiency in creating custom demos, POCs, and technical environments.
- Hands-on experience using LLMs (e.g., Claude, GPT, Gemini) and general programming skills.
- Knowledge of hyperscalers (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Linux/Windows operating systems.
- At least 2 years of experience with data-management cloud applications like Databricks or Snowflake.
Nice to have
- Working knowledge of data-intensive applications such as Matillion, Informatica, or Talend.
- Familiarity with data disciplines including Governance, Quality, MDM, and Observability.
- Experience with major DBMS systems (Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, Cassandra, MongoDB).
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technology field.
