Partner Success Associate (EdTech): Managing and growing university partnerships across the APAC region with an accent on faculty training, LMS integration, and adoption strategy. Location: Must be based in Australia (preference for Sydney or Melbourne). Role requires travel to partner campuses and international company gatherings.

Salary: AUD $70,000 + 12% superannuation + 20% annual bonus.

What you will do

• Conduct platform onboarding sessions and training workshops for faculty, instructional designers, and administrators.
• Manage technical LMS configurations and troubleshoot platform issues independently.
• Analyze adoption data to provide actionable insights for partner institutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to drive renewal and upsell strategies.
• Manage pilot implementations and multi-stakeholder projects against firm timelines.
• Represent the APAC perspective internally to influence product development and support processes.

Requirements

• Full working rights in Australia (no visa sponsorship provided).
• At least 1 year of experience in a client-facing role (Customer Success, L&D, Hospitality, etc.).
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Technology, or a related field.
• Excellent written and spoken business English.
• Ability to travel to partner institutions, regional conferences, and Amsterdam.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in ambiguous environments.

Nice to have

• Experience in higher education or EdTech.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms like Canvas, Moodle, Blackboard, or Brightspace.
• Proficiency in an additional APAC language.
