What you will do

  • Provide product and application expertise to customers through structured guidance and best-practice recommendations.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions, workshops, and webinars focused on product functionality and use cases.
  • Participate in customer health checks to help drive adoption, efficiency, and long-term success.
  • Create internal training materials for the Customer Success Team to strengthen product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with Product, Support, and Customer Success teams to ensure consistent product messaging.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on application features and configuration options.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Canada.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Professional Services Consultant managing multiple complex customers.
  • University degree in occupational health & safety, industrial hygiene, environmental management, science, business administration, or computer science.
  • Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer-friendly guidance.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for working directly with clients.
  • Proven experience delivering customer training or professional services engagements.
