What you will do

• Define and measure KPIs for the GTM group to track performance and drive strategic initiatives.
• Build reports, dashboards, and metrics to deliver actionable insights.
• Serve as an analytics focal point, working closely with a wide range of cross-functional teams.
• Translate complex data into strategic insights to fuel organizational growth and efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Business/Data Analyst or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into strategic insights.
• BA/BSc in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce.
• Experience in modeling data tables and building scalable data models.
