What you will do

• Manage the client account day-to-day to ensure high service quality and responsiveness.
• Extract, analyze, and interpret data to generate actionable insights and deliver reports and presentations.
• Coordinate timely delivery of recurring and ad-hoc projects and track open client requests.
• Support consultative work on market trends and performance drivers, including category, pricing, and promotional strategy recommendations.
• Enable clients by supporting training on tools and data usage for decision-making.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in FMCG, retail, market research, or analytics roles.
• Fluent in Bulgarian and English.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable working in a data-driven environment.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
