What you will do

• Manage day-to-day client account support to ensure high service quality and responsiveness.
• Extract, analyze, and interpret data; prepare reports, presentations, and client deliverables.
• Coordinate delivery of recurring and ad-hoc projects and follow up on open client requests.
• Support consultative work by identifying market trends and performance drivers and contributing to recommendations.
• Enable clients by supporting training on tools and how to use insights in decision-making.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in FMCG, retail, market research, or analytics roles.
• Fluent in Bulgarian and English.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and analysis.
• Comfort working in a data-driven environment with strong attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
