What you will do

• Manage day-to-day client accounts to ensure high service quality and retention.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in FMCG, retail, market research, or analytics roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in Bulgarian and English.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a data-driven environment.
