What you will do

• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls and SMS to convert leads into scheduled appointments.
• Guide patients through the next steps of the intake process and resolve onboarding issues.
• Manage scheduling and rescheduling of patient visits, including missed appointments.
• Maintain detailed documentation of patient interactions and track follow-up outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify friction points and improve conversion scripts and workflows.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in customer support, patient intake, or call center roles.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Ability to work specifically from 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM Central Time.
• Strong comfort level with high-volume phone and SMS communication.
• Experience in healthcare, telehealth, or behavioral health is strongly preferred.

• Familiarity with tools such as Dialpad, Slack, and Healthie.
