What you will do

• Provide operational support to sales management and Partner Channel teams across SMC and ENT segments.
• Manage invoicing, project analysis, and customer analysis activities.
• Oversee license allocation and administration to ensure operational continuity.
• Register customers in vendor portals and maintain accurate operational and billing data.
• Prepare and maintain recurring monthly and quarterly sales and operational reports.
• Resolve operational escalations by coordinating with customers, accounting, and internal support teams.

Requirements

• Knowledge of business and customer processes and sales support.
• Experience working within established operational procedures and defined processes.
• Strong attention to detail and proficiency in accurate data handling and reporting.
• Fluent Polish at a professional level.
• Communicative English proficiency.
• Valid working visa for Poland.
