What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers to maximize ROI and drive measurable business outcomes.
• Establish and nurture trusted advisor relationships with C-suite executives (CFO, CIO, CHRO, CDO).
• Lead outcome-driven Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) to align platform capabilities with customer strategic priorities.
• Monitor platform usage and deploy targeted action plans to mitigate renewal risks and sustain adoption.
• Identify and drive platform expansion opportunities, specifically leveraging AI use cases across Finance and Supply Chain.
• Collaborate with internal Product and Support teams to advocate for customer needs and resolve escalations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success, Presales, or Management Consulting.
• Deep subject matter expertise in FP&A or Supply Chain Planning.
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and Enterprise Planning & Analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Operations, or Supply Chain (MBA/CA is a plus).
• Must be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
