What you will do

• Construct a full-dimensional performance evaluation system for battery packs covering electrical, thermal, mechanical, durability, and safety dimensions.
• Build performance testing and validation platforms, including test schemes and data analysis models.
• Lead the troubleshooting of critical battery issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing closed-loop solutions.
• Drive cross-module optimizations for battery cell selection, structural design, thermal management, and BMS control logic.
• Provide technical guidance and lead capability building for the battery system performance evaluation team.
• Establish systematic optimization methodologies and simulation model libraries to enhance corporate technological competitiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Vehicle, Mechanical, or Power Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in power battery pack development, with 5+ years specifically in systematic evaluation and optimization.
• Full life-cycle project experience of battery pack products from concept to mass production.
• Proven experience leading systematic performance evaluation and benchmarking for at least 2 mass-produced battery packs.
• Proficiency with battery testing equipment, simulation analysis tools, and data analysis software.
• English: Good reading, writing, and communication skills required for cross-regional technical reviews.
