What you will do

• Perform basic synthetic experiments independently following standard protocols or scientist guidance.
• Assemble and install reaction kettles and auxiliary laboratory equipment accurately.
• Register raw materials and record real-time experimental data in the ELN system.
• Maintain lab hygiene, chemicals storage, and perform regular equipment inspection and calibration.
• Draft new synthetic SOPs under the guidance of scientists.
• Strictly comply with laboratory safety regulations and environmental safety requirements.

Requirements

• College education in chemical or polymer engineering.
• Over 3 years of experience in a laboratory environment.
• Hands-on operational experience in synthetic experiments.
• Familiarity with common lab instrument usage and routine maintenance.
• Basic English skills.
• Proficiency in using digital platforms.
