What you will do

• Lead the structural design of power battery packs, including module layout and thermal management system integration.
• Manage the full product life cycle from conceptual design to mass production and 2D drawing release.
• Optimize manufacturing workflows by analyzing sheet metal, stamping, and die-casting processes to reduce costs.
• Perform Finite Element Analysis (FEA) for structural strength, vibration, impact, and thermodynamics simulations.
• Coordinate with electrical, thermal management, and BMS teams to ensure seamless system integration.
• Research and implement advanced technologies such as CTP/CTC and thermal runaway protection.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Materials, or Electrical Engineering.
• Over 8 years of experience in battery pack/module design with prismatic or blade cells.
• Proficiency in design and simulation tools: CATIA, CAD, ANSYS, CAE, and CFD.
• Deep knowledge of cell characteristics (NCM, LFP) and pack technologies (CTP/CTC).
• Experience with the full V-model development process from design to mass production.
• English: Good written and verbal proficiency required.
