What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on assigned low/mid complexity projects.
  • Create and manage project timelines, resource assignments, and daily workflows.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery.
  • Manage financial processes including scoping, estimating, budget monitoring, and billing.
  • Facilitate communication across internal teams including Account, Creative, Finance, and Technology.
  • Support the preparation and submission of client deliverables.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in an agency or pharma setting.
  • Must be based in the U.S. or Canada with a preference for East Coast/Central time zones.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written/verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in client-facing roles with solid presentation skills.
