Salary: $90,000 - $129,000

hirify.global provides a restaurant operations management suite that helps global brands achieve operational excellence across thousands of locations.

What you will do

  • Develop B2B marketing and campaign designs and complex visual concepts such as marketecture and process diagrams.
  • Maintain visual consistency across websites, social media, and sales collateral for both print and digital materials.
  • Evolve and refine the company's visual identity and maintain a comprehensive library of visual assets.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and people ops teams to translate campaign ideas into engaging visual content.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and coordinate with external production vendors.
  • Partner with web developers and marketing ops to implement design updates and optimize website SEO.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in graphic design, including 2+ years within the B2B/technology industry.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Experience with UX/UI design and working knowledge of CMS platforms like HubSpot.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, campaigns, digital, and marketing communications.
  • Must be based in the United States.
