What you will do

• Create digital assets for social media, website, and marketing campaigns.
• Design and maintain visually engaging presentations and documents for sales, marketing, and executive communication.
• Develop cohesive visual systems and layouts using Figma templates.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to translate complex technical ideas into clear visual narratives.
• Manage and maintain the company's design asset library, templates, and visual guidelines.
• Contribute strategic design insights during creative brainstorming sessions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in digital design.
• Strong proficiency in Figma for daily use in templates and design systems.
• Solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Excellent understanding of composition, typography, color theory, and brand systems.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills in English (written and verbal).

Nice to have

• Experience with After Effects or Premiere.
• Previous experience in healthtech, biotech, SaaS, or AI industries.
• Experience building and maintaining design systems and brand guidelines.
• Proficiency in Spanish.
