What you will do

• Drive execution of enterprise-level legal and compliance initiatives across various business lines and geographies.
• Establish structured processes for the intake, prioritization, and execution of enterprise-level requests.
• Build analytics and executive reporting to provide visibility into workload, prioritization, and risk tracking.
• Partner with the Chief Legal Officer on budget planning, forecasting, and outside counsel spend management.
• Embed Legal and Compliance functions early in growth and AI initiatives to support speed and alignment.

Requirements

• MBA or equivalent business training.
• 10-12 years of experience in legal/compliance operations, business operations, or analytics within complex, regulated organizations.
• Proven ability to drive execution through influence in highly matrixed environments.
• Advanced proficiency with analytics, reporting, and presentation tools.
• Must be based in Chicago, IL, USA.
