What you will do

• Own and deliver the APAC NI business growth plan and strategic roadmaps, aligning with global priorities.
• Directly manage, coach, and develop the APAC NI sales team across South Asia and ASEAN.
• Drive hunter-style business development to identify whitespace opportunities and convert leads into sales.
• Lead commercial offers and negotiations for high-volume fortification programs and multi-year agreements.
• Coordinate with Operations, Procurement, and Supply to optimize product costing for NI solutions.
• Engage with ministries, UN agencies, NGOs, and industry associations to catalyze demand and ensure compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in nutrition, food technology, business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial leadership in nutrition or B2B food sectors within APAC.
• Proven track record of landing and scaling multi-market, high-impact opportunities.
• Demonstrated experience in direct people management, including coaching and performance building.
• Experience working within complex global matrix organizations and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Strong network across APAC public-private stakeholders (government, NGOs, UN agencies) is a strong advantage.
