What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of partner accounts, serving as a dedicated advisor to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
  • Proactively engage with partners to educate them on the value of the platform and convert them to payment solutions.
  • Optimize listing content and availability to maximize marketplace conversions.
  • Build and maintain strong internal relationships with Sales and Onboarding teams to ensure smooth partner transitions.
  • Collaborate with Product teams by providing feedback to enhance future releases.
  • Use consultative sales techniques to identify customer needs and drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a commercial Account Management role.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and reporting to improve commercial outcomes.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, inquisitive mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
  • Experience in an outbound call environment or related sales position.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Fluency or conversational ability in English, Malay, and Mandarin.
  • Previous experience within the beauty and wellness industry.
