What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of partner accounts, serving as a dedicated advisor to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
- Proactively engage with partners to educate them on the value of the platform and convert them to payment solutions.
- Optimize listing content and availability to maximize marketplace conversions.
- Build and maintain strong internal relationships with Sales and Onboarding teams to ensure smooth partner transitions.
- Collaborate with Product teams by providing feedback to enhance future releases.
- Use consultative sales techniques to identify customer needs and drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a commercial Account Management role.
- Proven ability to analyze data and reporting to improve commercial outcomes.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proactive, inquisitive mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
- Experience in an outbound call environment or related sales position.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Fluency or conversational ability in English, Malay, and Mandarin.
- Previous experience within the beauty and wellness industry.
