What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for diverse IT roles, ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to define actual hiring needs beyond job descriptions.
• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, networking, and direct outreach.
• Conduct in-depth screenings to assess technical backgrounds, motivation, and potential risks.
• Coordinate the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring smooth communication between candidates and stakeholders.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT recruitment, whether in-house or agency-side.
• Strong sourcing capabilities and proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems.
• Ability to assess candidate fit based on motivation and long-term alignment.
• Fluent Czech and English (written and spoken).
• Based in Czechia (to support the expansion of the local entity).
