TL;DR
Talent Acquisition Partner (HR/Recruiting): Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for IT and business roles with an accent on sourcing and candidate experience. Focus on building a high-quality tech talent pipeline and optimizing recruitment strategies.
Location: Hybrid (Riga, Latvia). Office is the primary workplace.
Salary: €2,000 – €2,500 gross

What you will do
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from needs analysis and job profiling to interviewing and offers.
- Actively source candidates via LinkedIn, networking, social media, and job portals.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify the best recruitment strategies.
- Support employer branding activities and organize recruitment events to attract talent.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of existing recruitment processes.
- Work within a global Tech TA team distributed across Nordic countries, Estonia, and Latvia.
Requirements
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment.
- Proficiency with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- English and Latvian: good/excellent level required to communicate with candidates and colleagues.
- University degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience.
- Location: Must be based in Riga, Latvia.
