Focus on building talent pools, maintaining high-quality candidate pipelines, and partnering with hiring managers to scale the engineering team.

Location: Remote (Global), with an optional opportunity for relocation to Doha, Qatar.

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles including Backend, Frontend, Mobile, DevOps, Security, QA, Data, and AI.
• Source candidates actively using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Boolean search, and niche tech communities.
• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers, screen candidates, and coordinate the interview process.
• Handle 5–10 parallel requisitions while balancing speed and quality.
• Maintain ATS hygiene and utilize funnel analytics to drive data-informed hiring decisions.
• Contribute to employer branding and build long-term talent pools.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in tech recruitment.
• Proven track record of closing Middle and Senior level engineering roles.
• Experience hiring in multicultural environments, preferably within the MENA region.
• Strong proficiency in sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Boolean search.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above.
• Hands-on experience with modern ATS platforms.
