What you will do

• Develop and execute region-specific talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to forecast hiring needs and support workforce planning.
• Enhance candidate experience through refined communication and touchpoints.
• Optimize sourcing, screening, and interview strategies for critical and volume roles.
• Contribute to employer branding and DEI initiatives using multiple sourcing channels.

Requirements

• Valid working visa for Czechia required.
• Fluent level of English (written and spoken) required.
• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment in an international IT environment.
• Strong expertise in proactive sourcing and hiring for senior and specialized roles.
• Ability to build relationships and influence senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated capability in workforce planning and hiring strategy development.

Nice to have

• Professional working knowledge of Bulgarian or Hungarian.
