What you will do

• Conduct experiments with LLMs exploring architectures and techniques like SFT, RLHF, and Adapters to enhance model capabilities.
• Develop and implement robust evaluation frameworks to assess performance, accuracy, and user satisfaction using offline and online metrics.
• Optimize AI models for inference to ensure efficiency, speed, and scalability in production environments.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate AI solutions into the product pipeline.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of ML/DL principles, including neural network architectures, training principles, and validation metrics.
• Hands-on knowledge of core NLP tasks: text preprocessing, vectorization, text classification, and transformer-based models like BERT.
• Practical experience with LLM fine-tuning (SFT, LoRA, QLoRA), alignment (RLHF, DPO), and high-performance serving (vLLM, SGLang).
• Proficiency in Python and strong knowledge of linear algebra, probability, and statistics.
• Experience with PyTorch, transformers, numpy, pandas, and scikit-learn.
• English: B2+ level required.
