What you will do

• Build, train, fine-tune, and deploy ML models for AI-driven features.
• Develop and maintain backend API services to integrate ML models with product frontends.
• Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, and UX designers to integrate AI capabilities.
• Rapidly prototype new AI features while maintaining clean, production-ready code.
• Monitor and troubleshoot model performance in production environments.
• Stay current with industry trends in generative AI and machine learning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience writing ML code for launched products.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Deep understanding of generative AI, including RAG, LoRA, and RLHF.
• Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-Learn.
• Proven ability to create datasets from proprietary data for model training.
• BS, MS, or PhD in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
