What you will do

• Develop and enhance CCaaS software using CXone Studio, C#, ASP.NET, and JavaScript.
• Build and ship ML/NLP systems, specifically focusing on LLM-based and Generative AI solutions.
• Implement AI agents and utilize modern tooling like LangChain, LangGraph, and vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Azure AI Search).
• Collaborate with system analysts and project managers to deliver high-quality software on schedule.
• Mentor team members and contribute to software design and testing of real-time systems.

Requirements

• Must be based in Manila, Philippines
• Expertise in Python and strong software engineering fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, CI/CD, Git, containers).
• 3+ years of professional experience building ML/NLP systems, focusing on LLM or Generative AI.
• 3+ years of experience in CCaaS and/or UC environments.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (5+ years) and ASP.NET/C# (4+ years).
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering.
• Experience with NICE CXone and CXone Studio.
• Experience with network infrastructure.
