What you will do

• Qualify suppliers according to company standards and manage supplier performance assessments.
• Develop and execute auditing schedules to ensure adherence to GMP and quality standards.
• Monitor parts from acquisition through the manufacturing cycle and resolve supplier-related issues.
• Provide quality engineering support to New Product Development (NPD) teams to prevent defects.
• Collaborate on Product Acceptance Sampling Strategies and Approved Supplier List coordination.
• Define receiving inspection requirements and validate internal test methods.

Requirements

• Baccalaureate degree with minimum 4 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 2+ years, or PhD with 0 years.
• Strong understanding of quality standards, regulatory requirements, and manufacturing practices.
• Ability to work independently under limited supervision.
• Experience in auditing and evaluating supplier internal functions.
• Technical proficiency in quality compliance and component engineering.
