What you will do

• Develop and own mechanical modules for hirify.global products.
• Integrate new components and modules into the existing system.
• Collaborate with system, electrical, and software engineers to develop next-gen features.
• Establish testing processes and perform validation of new designs.
• Generate working prototypes for beta testing and customer demonstrations.
• Create and review technical drawings, plans, and specifications.

Requirements

• BSc in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer, preferably within a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong proficiency in mechanical design and development.
• Advanced proficiency in SolidWorks.
• Experience in end-to-end module ownership, including coordination with subcontractors.
• Experience working with a variety of manufacturing processes.
