What you will do

• Lead the transition of innovative hardware products from R&D into production.
• Build manufacturing, testing, and quality processes from the ground up.
• Own and optimize the product Bill of Materials (BOM) throughout its lifecycle.
• Manage ECO processes and maintain comprehensive production documentation.
• Define assembly flows, manufacturing files, and production instructions.
• Collaborate with engineers and suppliers to solve production challenges and improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as an NPI Engineer.
• Strong proficiency with SolidWorks and CAD software.
• Experience working with ECO processes and engineering documentation.
• Familiarity with PDM and ERP systems, specifically 3DEXPERIENCE and NetSuite.
• Strong technical writing and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in manufacturing multidisciplinary electromechanical products.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience working in startup or small-company NPI environments.
• Hands-on experience implementing NPI processes.
