What you will do

• Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) processes from R&D and initial prototypes to mass production and stabilization.
• Perform DFA, test VSM, and PFMEA to ensure product quality and manufacturability for new products.
• Develop and validate manufacturing processes, including tools IQ/OQ/PQ and product process validation.
• Design and develop production jigs, tools, and testers using SolidWorks.
• Manage Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) for product improvements and second-source qualification.
• Collaborate with R&D and cross-functional teams to establish and optimize production lines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in medical device manufacturing or a similar manufacturing industry.
• Experience in high-volume production processes (2+ years) and NPI/ECO processes (3+ years).
• Proficiency in CAD (SolidWorks) and PLM systems (3+ years).
• English: Advanced level (C1).
• Hebrew: Expert level required.
• Location: Must be based in Caesarea, Israel (Onsite).
